Delivery will vary for international orders. UK purchases we aim to have delivered within 4 business days from date of despatch.

If you package arrives damaged, please take photographs before opening. Should your purchase be damaged, do not use & take pictures of the whole item.

Contact us immediately. All photographs will be required as evidence to support your claim.

Change of address is possible before despatch, once your purchase has been shipped with the courier we are unable to amend the delivery address.

We hold no responsibility for address errors & failure of delivery.
