Where do we ship to?

Worldwide!! If our couriers can get there, so can we. If you have any queries please contact us.

Why am I being charged afer shipping?

If you are an international buyer, you will be subjected to tax & import fees by your government.

Additional charged from the courier may also apply.

How do I track my parcel?

Tracking will be provided in you shipping reciept via email. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.

When will my purchase arrive?

Delivery will vary for international orders. UK purchases we aim to have delivered within 4 business days from date of despatch.

My item was damaged during transit. What should I do?

If you package arrives damaged, please take photographs before opening. Should your purchase be damaged, do not use & take pictures of the whole item.

Can I change my address?

Change of address is possible before despatch, once your purchase has been shipped with the courier we are unable to amend the delivery address.

We hold no responsibility for address errors & failure of delivery.

How do I return my order?

How do I know my item is authentic?

With out years of experince & knowledge, we examine each item for consistency & valid serial numbers.
